For the second week in a row, THQ’s Smackdown: Here Comes the Pain on PlayStation2 is on top of the all-formats charts in Australia.

Maybe it’s the fact that ‘bra and panties’ matches are included for the first time, or maybe it’s the enhanced storyline but Aussie wrestling fans have now purchased over 10,000 copies in a fortnight . Here Comes the Pain edged out the EyeToy and Activision’s GTA-like True Crime: Streets of LA. The real GTA was in fourth place with the new double pack proving popular. In fifth position was Return of the King, smashing into the Top 10 after only a week on sale. Despite lavish critical praise, Jak 2 is sinking down the chart ladder and is now at number 10.
