Unlock All Levels

At the main menu, press [T], [T], [T], [SQ], [SQ], [C], [SQ], [T], [C], [SQ], [T], [SQ], [T], [SQ], [T], [C], [T], [T]. If done correctly, "Cheat!" will appear onscreen. Start a new game, and pause the game. At the pause menu, highlight Cheat, and press [X] to activate the Open Levels cheat. Resume the game, and if done correctly, all levels will be available.
