Konami confirms 'time-bending' adventure game for DS (News)

Konami Wednesday announced a new point and click adventure game for Nintendo DS dubbed Time Hollow, which uses changing events from the past to solve modern day mysteries, sort of like those choose your own adventure books you used to read.

According to the game description: "Time Hollow enables players to guide Ethan Kairos on his quest to solve the mysterious disappearance of his family. While on his quest, Ethan comes across the mysterious Hollow Pen - an uncanny object that has the unique power to open portals to the past."

In addition to its puzzle-based gameplay, Konami promises a "deep storyline... written by some of the most gifted and popular talent in Japan."

Time Hollow is scheduled for release this fall 2008 -- just in time to save you from your monotonous last semester at school.
