Street Fighter 4 to have online multiplayer, new characters (News)

Capcom Friday revealed that not only will Street Fighter IV have some shiny new characters kicking ass and taking names, it will also have online multiplayer too.

First, there's Ken's new rival, , who we know is an enormous edition to the series, but not much else. The other screengrab is of the previously revealed El Fuerte battling SF staple fighter Ryu. Finally, there's the doppleganger Seth, who sports a modified body that allows him to use different fighting styles.

The game will also feature characters not available in the arcade version.

On the online front, Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono told gaming magazine Famitsu that the console edition due out on PS3 and Xbox 360 this year will include online multiplayer.
