Loved the issue, especially the freebies (although I may have hurled one of them at a pitbull when it chased me.)

The preview of GTA:VCS for PSP was very very well set out, proved a great read for me. I also loved the first 20 pages or so of games news, rumours, and obligatory Tom Cruise hatred (I challenge a magazine not to have Tom Cruise hatred and sell above 3 copies).

The only thing I'd think about changing (if anything) was maybe a page or two each issue of classic games, such as Battletoads on NES, or FFVII on PS1 (ugh, best game ever!!!!).

Another possible idea is getting a reader to review a game alongside one of the staff. I may be suggesting this purely so I can review Kingdom Hearts 2 or Final Fantasy XII ^_^

All in all, awesome mag, I look forward to many more!

I was offended by the overwhelming pinkness of the issue. Also, hyperactive is down at the moment and your forum is shithouse. You have a ngage section but no Nintendo DS section? Don't tell me you took it out because it interferes with your motion sensing. I'm not falling for [i]that one[/i] a third time.

I was going to do this earler but I forgot.

Ok

1) The magazine came with the DS players guide, nice but Gamepro has inclueded this once before, and all copons in the magazine are out-a date.

2) I like the new direction your going with the magazine. The interviews, discusion section etc.

3) I was reading the GTA sections and interviews and you have set them out quite well. Sadly the Red Steel interview didn't reveal as mutch as the Hyper interview.

4) Compared with Edge UK Australian Game Pro dosnt have as many articles, but I can see your slowly adding more and more, which is good considering an article is better than a review or news in someways as you seem to stick to bi-monthly.

Loved the mag this month guys, I did spot a funny mistake, the price of the new psp ghost 'n' gouls or whatever its called costs $119.95 go check it unless it really costs that much, in that case rip off!. yeah the ds coupons were out of date but meh it was free. Loved the Gta vice city stories interview, Jet Ski's hell yeah i'd buy it just for that.

I like how you guys have gone with the news section, putting in your own thoughts is an awesome idea, I like facts dont get me wrong, but also hearing someones opinion is great too.

I love that you guys come out every 2 months or so, I know alot of people want every month but not every month of gaming is great, hell anyone buy OPS2? that shit is rank some months (dont even get me started with the repeating of demos looking at you lara croft).

All in all great mag, looking forward to the next one in october peace out!

I just got nepped over at hyperactive by someone claiming to be Chris Stead - for "spamming". On the remote chance it was even for real, maybe upgrade your software so users can edit (and add to) posts instead of having to post again when they think of something else.

Your forum software is crap and your layout is neglected. The magazine is good though, so it's like an inverse of Hyper. If you want to build an online following, make something better.

By the by, I selected "don't spam up my email with post alerts" when I first signed up, but they get sent anyway. It can't be switched off, so I have them blocked as spam. Irony?

The magazine rocks, but the online community sucks...fix the online community to fix the magazine.

Yeah I think I said something like that in another thread here. Mediaspy have a pretty good forum programme if you're looking for something Gamepro makers :)

As always the mag is a good read.
