First i would like to say the mag has improved with every issue.
issue 6 came in the mail today and i was disappointed
to see that it had turn into one of those oversized mag's .
It was a good size.
Add more pages yes, but make mag big and awkward no.
What do others think ?

Haven't seen it yet , will be heading down to newsagent tomorrow. Hope their is some sort of DVD.

I dig it, the new size is wicked. The reviews are bigger now and so are the pics. Some kick-ass features, GTA sounds so hot. I have been playing ragnarok too, it is quite cool! Nice bonus if you ask me, great issue guys

Well i finally got a hold of the new magazine and i am very impressed . The features were an excellent read, the sims 2 looks promising .. and san adreas sounds awesome.

The size is alot better too, like General Failure said , the reviews and pictures are bigger, which is always a bonus.

The letters page has finally got only letters on it . :)

Another thing i have noticed is how gamepro is really getting into alot of gaming events. Which is good to see .. they were at the Canberra games festival and now at the Home Entertainment Expo ..

Just got the new issue and the the change to the size looks stupid. The same thing happened with GamesTM and now at my local newsagent it does not fit on the shelf and sales have gone down, i expect the same to happen with Gamepro. Why did you do it games players are usually collectors as well and changing the size will really annoy people,me included. Plus why are all your covers so dull, US Gamepro has had fantastic artwork for over Ten years but the Aussie version has really bland designs. Plus the US version has not changed size in many years. So if this is how you treat you're loyal readers i think i will look elsewhere. Plus having PC games for free is stupid what about the people that cant play them, the dvd is the way to go as most of your readers own a console, PC only users would not buy your mag as it has little PC Content. Finally i cant believe you tarnished the Gamepro legacy with a stupid new look.

Get over the aesthetics and have a look at the content. The change is size is of obvious benefit to us readers as it allows more pictures content etc etc. If you're only after pretty covers maybe you should go back to reading K-zone. And dude, you're obviously not a very 'loyal' reader if you ditch the mag based on your petty judgements.

i haven't read a stupider post on any forum for quite a while - graham.darko you are a tool. if you don't have access to a PC you are the biggest loser imaginable - how did you type your idiot forum message?? Obviously on a PC so you can play Ragnarok - I'd much rather something playable than some trailers.
the new size is brilliant and Australian GamePro is improving every issue - this one was best yet - some excellent features!! It is really taking over 18 year old gamers seriously for a change. US GamePro looks awful and I haven't read it for ages - it so badly designed, hard to read and the cover designs are woeful and very kiddy. Sims 2 looks great and San Andreas sounds stupidly good. And Half-Life 2 - dribble......

Right On solidburp! Forget him, I reckon it was a good call making it bigger for sure. In fact this issue is one of the best reads I've had from a game mag in a long long time.

I agree, Even though im a collector of all the good games mags, the new size does not make a difference to that effect.

Also i like the fact that they made it bigger as more content can be jammed into the mag.

You got Ragnarok though right? That game is pretty sweet. I don't about you guys but I got a DVD in mine as well...

I quite like the new size, though im not fussy with either (I hav issues 3 and 6)and i don't mind the Ragnarok Online CD either (though i cant run it, damn computer -_-) I found GamePro's content was excellent, cheers to the guys at GamePro!
