Can anyone let me know where I can get a 240 volt, PAL, 360 before December?

With every man and his dog offering me one, as soon as it is released in the US, I just wanted to know where I could get a PAL console from?

It looks like there'll be 400 000 European consoles available this year.

I just wanna know how I get one?

I've checked all the usual suspects and it looks like they don't do PAL.

Anyone know of a retailer that does European machines?

Xbox originally said it would be a worldwide launch and later clarified that by saying they would be the first to do a three region release.

After nine years of thinking we were part of Europe, Xbox have finally made me aware of a new territory, Australasia!

£80 is $AU200 by my calculations.

$40 might not be much to you but that's lunch to me.

Plus once it got into the country customs was another ~$AU100.

Isn't Europe a PAL region. Surely any X360 you get from there will be PAL. ALL you need is a european converter - they are like $5.

You know of any stores that sell internationally?

Try http://realgamer.com.au/ you can request things from them that they dont have on their list. Try request one and see what happens, make sure u say u want a UK one though. They may or may not do it, I'm not sure

I think you'll find the MegaDrive was released on 29/10/88.

The Saturn was released on 22/11/94.

Therefore, the MegaDrive’s reign was 29/10/88-21/11/94, the time it was the flagship model.

Don't get me wrong, I'll still be playing, & buying, GCube/PS2/Xbox games when their successors come out, but by then they’ll be last gen systems!

The MegaDrive was released in 1988 in Japan, and was the 360 of its day, because the Master System was released after the NES but Sega wanted to get a jump on the competition.

PAL territories always get stuff later, but we did get Halo 2 before 'em!

You're right, there's only gonna be 2 360s, Console & Core System, and there were 4 MegaDrives, MegaDrive, Mega-CD, 32X & 32X-CD.

Sega is supporting the 360 really well, maybe you should ask 'em to make an Arcade Power Stick II that works with the 360.

While you're at it get them to put their classic games, especially shoot-'em-ups and side scrolling beat-'em-ups, as extras in the new games, or release a collection!
